Exquisite Underwear Refund/Exchange Policy
- No refunds/exchanges will be given on hosiery, underwear, any other item which is worn around the crotch area or any item which has been worn, soiled, washed or had the tags removed
- No returns/exchanges will be given if you simply change your mind so please choose carefully
- No refunds can be given on postage
- Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after 60 days from the date of dispatch of your original order
- Exquisite Underwear will not accept any responsibility for lost returned merchandise, it is recommended that you send all items back via registered post to PO Box 2252 Rockingham DC Western Australia 6967
- All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Form (please email us for a copy), the original tags & packaging & a copy of your invoice
- In the event that your goods were paid for with a gift voucher then another gift voucher will be issued if you are requesting a refund
- All refunds will be made payable to the original purchaser of the goods - so if you received the items as a gift you will not receive the refund
- No refunds can be given on gift certificates
- After processing your request for a refund/exchange you will be notified by email the outcome of your request
- A 20% handling fee applies to all returns
- It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all postage charges for the return item/s
- No returns can be accepted on Adult Sex Toys, so please choose carefully
